Nothing could be improved at this hospital it is excellent.
The nurses are so kind. This hospital needs funding.

Closeness to home.
Friendly staff.
The signage to the unit needs improving. I was told to the assessment unit, so as I could not see a sign for that I waited 10 mins in minor injuries.

MIU.
I felt confident in the hands of the doctor and the way I was speedily sent on to John Redcliffe Hospital on Friday.
EMU.
Was impressed by the efficiency of the staff and the explanation by the doctor of the problem and treatment.
Very nice and friendly nurses.

The staff are helpful and polite. They answer your questions in layman's terms and it seems to me that nothing is too much trouble.
As to improvements, I don't think you can improve anything.
The ward is clean and bright and coming here is pleasant.
