The care given by staff and explanation of my injury was very good

It is clear that the service is overwhelmed by the amount of users. The staff should be praised for coping with such conditions. I was quite happy to wait 3 hours to be seen but when people are coming from Headington to Abingdon because they simply do not want to wait 7 hours at the JR it shows how serious the problem is.
