Availability. Expertise. Referral to JR

Suggested improvements
Better IT services. The printer wouldn’t work for the referral letter to be printed. The receptionist had to get someone else to print it at their office o the other side of the building. It wasted a good 20 minutes of me being able to leave to drive my husband to the JR A&E. He collapsed when I arrived there a 30 min drive. His BP was recorded at 86/56 Please sort the IT out at the out of house depot.
