It was very difficult to get an appointment but once I did it was organised swiftly and I was seen in good time.

Suggested improvements
Easier access to these resources. It took so many attempts calling 111 and my regular practice to get an appointment here. I had to then go to A&E but it was late by this point and I was at A&E till 5am. If I hadn’t had so much difficultly getting this appointment I could’ve got there sooner.
