We were given the wrong direction as to where to go in the hospital. Wasn’t told anything I didn’t already know when I saw the consultant! All I wanted was some Antibiotics to last me until the Monday for which we had to do an 80 mile round trip for.

Your 111 service had no idea of the area. As the chemist remarked to me, ‘You have come along way’ ! When we are only 5 miles from Reading and could have easily seen a consultant there! also got Antibiotics from there!
