Lovely care and cleaning staff Great OT Team Good Physio facilities

When patients say they need the toilet, even if they’ve been recently please don’t ask them to hold it as not everyone can. Don't open windows when asked not to. Don’t subject patients to fierce air conditioning. Install bottom washing facilities in toilets such as water pipes, or better still Japanese toilets. Install bathing facilities.
