Excellent service, great friendly staff (I was seen by Emma and Andrew, an Ambulance trainee, both excellent) and wonderful care. Many thanks.

I was bleeding from an angle grinder wound but there was no initial triage to assess how bad it was. If my bleeding was worse no one would have noticed until I passed out.
