Attended to and checked my eye properly. Friendly staff and reassured me with all the information and care I needed to leave knowing what to do.

Unfortunately the clinic was out of the antibiotic that was needed. As a result the condition of my eye worsened. When I went to the John Radcliffe the following day, they were able to provide the medicine I needed which resulted in a quick improvement of my eye’s condition.
