Everything my mum has been treated very well. Very gently, with a lot of attention, everyone introduced themselves to my mum as well as myself. Everything that was being done was being done was very well explained to what was happening. The team all work together and all have a friendly smile. I'm very happy that my mum was brought here to be assessed. I've had a lot worries and concerns about my mum but all have been explained and I've been looked after just as much as my mum as
