I was given an appointment within 1 hour of speaking to a Doctor from calling 111. I was seen promptly when attending out of hours surgery. The Doctor was very pleasant and I felt comfortable speaking to him. Overall it was a good service and I have no negative comments. The doctor also wrote a letter to my surgery and things concerning him about my condition which he thought needed attention are now being attended to, which I am very grateful for.

At this point I have no negative comments.
