My mum turned up for the appointment which was booked with translator and Dr Fletcher refused to phone up the translator, refused to give prescription for my mums meds, also refused to give me a continuation of my sick note, that I need for my ESA. Very impolite and unhelpful doctor. Surely won't come back to see him again.

I was booked in for 1810 appointment a patient arrived after me and was told that their appointment would be at 1910 hours. The patients daughter went up and spoke to the receptionist and within five minutes she was called through to see a doctor. The type of queue jumping by your receptionist is totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
