The arrival registration system was easy to use and I was seen by the Doctor at the appointed time. The Doctor explained tests and medication very clearly. Reception staff consulted me on further booking dates and times.

I have found the care and quality has fallen since the merger. Appointments are harder to get, staff do not take any ownership. They come across as unhelpful. The closure of weekend appointments has been a real issue. I joined Yeovil practice for the early morning, late night and weekend but this is gone now. Appointments are very rushed.

-Doc/nurse was great. -When I first try to book the receptionists try to tell me the implant stays in for 5 years - This I do not believe is acceptable considering I still have my card that states 3 years!! -Overall the removal was fine and I felt comfortable.
