The staff are fantastic, lovely, kind, compassionate and the doctors are amazing. However if I had a problem and needed to see a doctor because it wasn't A and E worthy I could be waiting up to 2 hours and on the phone to try and get an appointment only to be told to call back in the morning. If it was something serious I'd probably not get seen until it was too late!

Care itself is fine and I am happy with my doctor but getting an appointment is right impossible.

Doctor is approachable with a can do attitude and nothing too much trouble.
