I am registered here and had call last night (12/7/17) as 111 (7pm) had suggested I called as my son had a rash and was being sick. The receptionist was very rude to me and snapped at me and said you called 111 at 2pm and told them that you had no opportunity left and if they think I should be seen I should go to Ane - very unprofessional.
