Over the last 3 months I have ordered repeat prescriptions on 3 occasions online althoughI have left collection of the prescriptions for more than 3 days on each occasion they could not be found (Although logged as ordered) On each occasion I have had to wait at the surgery until a doctor was available to them write them. To then write them. On my most recent occasion I was informed one had gone to the winners in practice (I'm Woodley) and one couldn't be found. I then waited over 30 minutes until a doctor was available. This is the only area that lets this practice down.

All staff are extremely friendly and helpful, I know that most receptionists have quite a bad reputation, but that can't be said for Woodley Center.

Excellent care as usual cannot think of any improvements except maybe able to pre book appointments rather than phone on the day.
