The none involvement in decision making (see next page) was only on one occasion and that was when I was seen by a doctor I had not seen before and have not seen again.
My main concern at present is the system of repeat prescription it is not working - I have fair bad experience.
My doctor is wonderful Dr Buelde reassures me every time I get to see him good care was given where I had my ECG.
So thank you.
Appointments.
Daily urgent appointments are quite easy to obtain but non urgent and convenient appointments for me are not, I need to see my doctor for an annual check up, trying to get this is very difficult, as my doctor only works one day a week amd he said HE wants ME to see HIM "You must ring up on the day" well that is not convenient for me as I usually start work at 6.00am, 20 miles away, it means stopping work at 8.00am and trying to get through for at least 15 - 20 minutes then if I get an appointment having to leave work get to the surgery sit and wait for the appointment then return to work, all this time losing time and money! that is why I want to make an appointment later in the day so I don't inconvenience my employers, as well as not having to make an extra journey back to the surgery.
An appointment system for non urgent reasons to come to the surgery would be helpful to working people and employers as well.
I find all the staff helpful and very welcoming and professional at all times, and respectful if you should ask a difficult question.
over 40 years attending this practice i have never been disapointed with any of the partners here,
