All receptionist ladies are fabulous and caring people. They have a lonely manner towards patients. Dr Joshi is one of the best doctors around. She will always "listen and do" whatever needs to be done. She will try her best to get it done for you. She stays on the journey with you which is so important for peace of mind for patients. Also, Mel, is a credit to the surgery. She is fantastic and displays great empathy. Best surgery we know!

Easy to talk to doctor.

Can rarely always get appointments on the day, but not so easy to pre book for near future.

At all times staff have been very helpful from having blood tests, general information, once I have an appointment all your doctor/ support staff are excellent. Many problem is trying to book appointment over the telephone. None, excellent.
