Getting an appointment is a total nightmare, on the phone from 7.55 till 9.00 it was permanently engaged, when I finally got through no appointments left for that day, suggest I try again tomorrow! There has to be an easier way? Having said that, once you have an appointment the service is excellent.

Can rarely always get appointments on the day, but not so easy to pre book for near future.

At all times staff have been very helpful from having blood tests, general information, once I have an appointment all your doctor/ support staff are excellent. Many problem is trying to book appointment over the telephone. None, excellent.
