I try not to frequent the surgery often, however, when I do and find the receptionist to be professional, coupled with kindness and always try to accommodate. Melanie in her usual professional but kindly fashion took a test to try and ascertain the cause of my leg pains, and both her and her colleague were extremely kind and never once made me fee as if I were a bother! when one is talking about something it helps! Grateful thanks to all concerned.
