Wincanton Health Centre could start by managing their expectations around the cleanliness of the surgery. There’s no cleaners visible. The toilets have been messed on EVERY occasion I have attended. I’ve had to sit and wait, for an appointment with Hyperemesis. Often being sick in the waiting room or the toilets and no cleaning takes place after a vomiting episode - showing complete disregard for infection control.
Two receptionists in particular, shadow any good work their colleagues do by behaving in a disgusting manner, with appalling attitude and the most unhelpful approach to dealing with patients.
You can never get an appointment with a GP, despite being told by the nurses and hospital Doctors and Consultants that only a GP can prescribe the medication I need.
