Ms. Diane Warner was sympathetic toward me as I was in great pain. She asked me through questions and she attentively listened to me. After examining me she explained the medical problem very clearly, the prescribed medication, she explained how to take it and how it works. She was very professional and courteous. I had very "great care" today.

I felt Dr. Baggy was very rude and blunt she took a phone call about another patient whilst I was in the room for at least five/ten mins and was 15 mins late going in.
