I am very grateful for being given an appointment to see a Nurse Practitioner only 90 minutes after I phoned the practice. She was thorough as well as very reassuring and professional.

I felt Dr. Baggy was very rude and blunt she took a phone call about another patient whilst I was in the room for at least five/ten mins and was 15 mins late going in.
