Mikki's treatment of me was with great consideration, confidence, knowledge and ability, its really appreciated to be treated with such great care.
Her skills are amazing and the adhesive labels are so useful and a perfect way of putting my appointment in my diary so that I don't forget, as I have the state of dementia.
