Nurse listened carefully and then explained each test she was doing. Then went on to explain what would be happening in future.

Walked in to make an appointment expecting to have to come back later but was seen almost straight away by nurse. Very relaxed and friendly, clean throughout and even took the time to check blood pressure which I hadn't had checked for sometime (picked up high readings so now being investigated) Outstanding.
