I unfortunately saw Kirsty in room 4. I have no idea how she has a job in care? She was abrupt, passive, aggressive and unknowledgeable. She told me contraception pills have never been free (they have) and I would have to pay. I asked her about the price differences as between the doctors/pharmacy as some medicine can can be cheaper, she said there has never been a price difference.

The doctor made sure I was seen straight away when I rang up as I was very concerned about something.
