A very thorough nurse practitioner referred me to Dr Phillips after the anniversary check. Dr Phillips the caring, wonderful doctor who diagnosed my diabetes etc on arrival from Skye. He always gets on with possibilities hence immediately dictating the letter over the phone for us all to heat. It is reassuring and quicker. He always listens carefully to what I say or feel, and gives me choices at 90 years. It is very difficult to get an appointment at the surgery. A telephone call or a nurse visit, is never as good as visit used to be to a doctor, years ago. The pharmacy staff I've found is be very helpful, ringing to ask how new pillows are helpful etc. Winconton surgery is lovely and the staff very pleasant to everyone.

I have always received excellent care and treatment from Wincanton Health Centre since I came to live in the town in 2013.

Excellent service, on time appointment, nice staff. As far as I am concerned there was nothing that could be improved.
