I got an appointment the same day by going directly to the surgery (couldn't get through by phone). And I went into my appointment approx 10 minutes early. All great but, Kirsty well her bedside manner is no-existent. She did not engage in eye contact, did the necessary examination but with no communication and I left not knowing what my diagnosis was! (But with a prescription).

Robin gave excellent advice over the phone. Diana saw us in clinic. She was very professional and we left feeling confident in the care plan. Thank you. :-)

All members of staff, doctors, nurses and receptionists, are diligent, polite and cheerful I have no comments on possible improvements.

It was my first time here. Directors were clear, staff were helpful and friendly, and the service by the nurse Dirvia Warren was very helpful, thorough and clear. She explained everything to me very well.
