Saw my usual GP who understands my problem and he was logical and suggested a sensible course of action. It is difficult to book an appointment with your usual GP and it is difficult to swap from one GP to another, as you have to re explain your issues, you really want continuity of care.

I can only speak personally about the treatment I was given over the last few days by clinician Ms Riana Warner. I am 74 years old and find increasingly that people are inclined to patronize my generation. Ms Warner had excellent communication skills, listened to my problems and was very thorough in her examination, reassuring me every step of the way. I think communication skills are of utmost importance and also respect, Mr Warner has I think everything needed to be an excellent professional. I had excellent care, better than good. Thank you.

Usually friendly and informative. Patients shouldn't be told of there are big delays.
