Last week I spent 28mins waiting for the phone to be answered, and today my wife has made 3 calls before 9.30, eventually getting an answer. If the lines are so busy from 8.30am, surely the practice should have more staff answering calls at this time.
Lynn the nurse was lovely.
Very caring and nice to talk to. :-)
I recommend her to anyone.
Sarah explained the procedure and the new test before treating me. I felt that she was empathetic and treated me with respect.
I saw lovely nurse today called Leslie. She was excellent. 100% spot on with her care and treatment. Thank you.
The receptionists need to be more discreet when confirming/ relaying patients details over the phone as everyone in the surgery waiting room knew where Mr Smith lived, his address his phone number and his condition.
I have always found the doctors/ midwife / nurse very helpful and informative. Once I have managed to get an appointment. Having to call in at 8pm when you've been up all night poorly is not ideal I can understand why people would rather use nhs111 or a&e
