Amy has been very considerate when I had to being my elderly neighbour or dressings. She ensured that both the patient and myself as the temporary carer were kept informed. Proud of the NHS! Staff involved - Any Critchley. Thanks to the receptionists too to have accommodated us at short notice.

More doctors. Pre-bookable appointments. Perhaps back to the simple first come, first seen system. My recent spate of appointment has led me to name the excellent, caring and kind attention I received from the following:- Mr Philip Sharratt. Mrs Pam Handley. Lynn Malins. Dr Triona Withanage. All the receptionists I saw or spoke to Tuesday Sept 11 hour. 44 am to lunch time. Wednesday 12 hours and Thursday 13 hour were excellent.

I came here 2 weeks ago feeling extremely low and depressed. A black cloud was permanently over my head. My problem was moving on from a relationship separation. I felt the GP was completely understanding and sympathetic. My appointment definitely ran over time but at no time did I feel rushed. The advice given was extremely helpful.
