I have seen Pam Hardley twice now. On the first occasion I was in a bad place and I cannot thank her enough for the amazing support she gave me and I left feeling better. I saw her again today for a blood test, she is so helpful and always smiling. The best HCA I have ever come across and a credit to the surgery.
