I was looked after by dr bruce and previous doctors I was always able to get an appointment. Now it takes far to long to get through sometimes 60times. When you get through there are no appointments. You are offered a call by a doctor sometimes 2 days later. There are not enough doctors for the amount of patients who do only part time my care plan is not worth the paper it is written on.

I would like to say that the receptionist Pam who dealt with the lady who collapsed was really efficient. I am also 2 nurse in a practice and she dealt with the whole situation extremely well. The lady has put straight into recovery she was calm and reassuring. Well done.
