Have no problems with any doctors, have been with this surgery for years. The reception staff always kind and professional as are the doctors. I am 67 and waiting outside in all weathers to get an appointment as a bit of a nuisance I have worked all my life and paid NHS.

Karen was very welcoming, gentle in her approach for my needs. She answered all my queries. She was patient and gave me time in my consultation, I did not feel rushed. Explained clearly about my procedure how long the results would take and to get back in contact with her if I was worried about anything. That even including the future.
