virtually impossible to get a medical booking at this (my) surgery - I have frequently had to go to other clinics (where the doctors are always helpful and efficient) for an appointment instead. I have not had follow up advice on tablets that I am taking - do I continue, do I stop? If I do manage to get an appointment the doctors and health staff have been helpful and efficient. I have had skin cancer, probable 2 diabetes, vitreous detachment, headaches and some concerns on kidney/hormones which are being considered. Difficult to put this into your question below as these conditions are not long standing and have not left me blind or partially sighted. I honestly think the current booking system should be reviewed and not used simply because this is the way it has been done before. It is frustrating beyond measure and as I have been told, completely inflexible. Extremely difficult to make an appointment when one is needed, especially for anyone who works
