I like the facility to book an appointment on the day of my illness- such a prompt response to needs is very reassuring. The personnel are always very pleasant and helpful. I find contacting the surgery by telephone in the early morning can be difficult in terms of making a connection but this, I suspect is largely due to volume of inquiries.
