The on-line system for repeat prescriptions is completely misleading on requesting a prescription, the clear message was that it would be sent to and available to collect from a specific pharmacy by a specified date. I waited till after this date and traveled to the pharmacy (same miles away) to be told that it was not there. It was always at my GP surgery. Totally false information wasted me manly hours and travel cost.
