I had a minor TIA after a bigger one 3 weeks previously. Wife spoke to receptionist at 4.50 pm on Friday 20th March and Dr Kumar saw me at 5.30 pm. Excellent support and help by Dr Kumar. Appointment made for cast surrey next day at 8.30 am. Both receptionist and Dr Kumar extremely helpful and efficient.

Doctors appointment was given very quickly, no fuss. No improvements on the appointment process. I did have to wait for over 40 minutes past my appointment time. This could be improved - a text message service so you know to come later? Then your time is not wasted.
