Likely because there are no other options in Reigate I'm aware of!
Hard to get mid-term appointments.
Triage.
2-3 weeks.
3 days - week.
Temporary waiting room very claustrophobic and horrible.
Please hurry up with the renovation.
Emails are rarely answered/responded to.
All in all you guys do a pretty good job.

Turned up for an ear appointment for 9 am.
Checked in with reception.
Waited 1/2 an hr and only when inquired was and told there was a problem.
The nurse hadn't tuned up!!
Perhaps this information should have been forthcoming at check in?

There was a 45 min wait but Dr Long was thorough going through various things referred for a blood test- a free slot in 45 mins so happy to wait.
Helpful staff.
