The doctor was very patient, explained things to me in a way that was easy to understand and gave advice that was very useful and easy to apply. She also made me feel at ease and not rushed at all. In my opinion nothing needed improving as the care provided was excellent.

Sometimes I have to wait around two to three weeks for an appointment but this is mainly because I like to see the same doctor each time. In my case Dr. J. Osborne who may I say is great!
