I had a health MOT today with Nurse Hazel. I was treated respectfully and all aspects of my health MOT were discussed with me, with possible options explored. Nurse Hazel was very easy to talk to and was very receptive to all the points I raised. She made relevant suggestions as to how I could improve my health. I would have no hesitation in asking to see her again.
