10 minute wait for phones to be answered, 2 weeks to get a routine apt and 50 min wait times. Fab drs but totally over subscribed service

My care was excellent as it always is when I see Annette for dressing.
It is spoiled by having to walk over that filthy carpet between the waiting room and the treatment room!
