Dr Reeves was really patient, considerate, and explained things to me in a way I could understand, taking as much time as I needed. Anything she wasn't sure about, she looked up or looked at my medical history to find out. I don't think anything could have been improved I thought the standard of care was excellent.

I wouldn't recommend to other mothers as the lack of toys in waiting room is a nightmare. The coloring is good but a table with beds would be amazing as I realize you want something that can't be tripped over.

Lucie was so thorough and attentive to my daughters's needs. She went out of her way to build a relationship with her (talking to her on the phone). She was also fantastic at explaining all the details of her care and treatment a way that both myself and my daughter could understand.

I had to book this appointment with the doctor three weeks ago, I was unable to even make an appointment with my own doctor! Even them as usual they were running over an hour late. The waiting area could do with decorating as the paint is coming off the walls and the carpet is filthy in the waiting area and in the doctors surgery. Stop taking in more patients you clearly cannot deal with your existing patients
