Dr Kumar is understanding, helpful GP! Appointment waiting times could be improved.
Every time I have come to this surgery everyone is just absolutely lovely. From the welcome on reception to the medical staff always taking time and care. Thank you!
The waiting times for standard appointments are currently over 3 weeks. If you go in the triage for an emergency appt I have twice been 'diagnosed' over the telephone without any physical examination. As you never see the same Dr there is no continuity of care so previous conditions can be overlooked. The Drs seem very keen to refer you for further tests at the hospital which are unnecessary and a real waste of limited NHS resources.
Receptionist friendly and efficient on phone when making an appointment. My only gripe would be the nearly 3 week wait for an appointment but I understand this is an on going issue.
I had to wait over 30 minutes for my appointment which was a little frustrating.
Doctor was friendly, introduced himself and explained what he was going to do, what he was doing and next steps.
So after not being able to get an appointment for my 6yr old with out having to speak to a doctor over the hone at their convenience. Then not being able to get a double appt I am currently sitting in the waiting room with two poorly children one 7months old they are running so far 55mins late. The receptionist offered no apology just take it up with the he doctor - disgraceful
And the baby change is disgusting with stains over it
