i called the surgery today and encountered a very angry receptionist who shouted down the phone to me when I provided my DOB details. When I asked if she was ok she continued to shout and stated 'it had been a busy day' and then talked over when I requested details of a recent appointment ending with her putting the phone down abruptly. I have never encountered such a rudeness in the entire time I have been at this surgery(10 years) and was shocked at the manner in which this receptionist treated me and I assume other patients today. I will not be calling again.

- The triage system does not work in my opinion - I have had to call the surgery back after midday to find out why the doctor had still not called me and did not get an appointment until after 3pm that day. - I also believe it is important to be able to book an appointment with your own GP and this is practically impossible if you want an appointment within a two-week period.

Having visteda number of different doctors at Wall House, I can confirm that they aee all very friendly, professional and always follow through with what has been agreed during the appointment. The receptionists are also very friendly and will go above and beyond to help. My only criticism would be that it can be quite difficult to get through on the phone at times but the I-patient online access does allow easy access to book, cancel and changw appointments so this is ideal.
