I have numerous health issues, had exceptional care from Sally.Great use of initiative, proactive, professional.
Sorted out BT's and GP appointment for pressing problem.
I am on ex practice nurse.

The practice is clean but the triage is a total nightmare.
Every time I came to an appointment I have to wait 45-1 hr always running late and with children and other commitments its a total nightmare.

Maybe a practitioner or longer appointments might reduce waiting time. Today we waited 35 minutes.
