Always have to wait up to two weeks for an appointment. Often cancelling your appointments on the day Was told cant have an appointment with my gp even thou don't mind waiting. Find the receptionists stuck up and rude

There were quite a few patients in the upstairs waiting area, 4 or 5 people too many for the seating provided. I had to wait over half an hour later than my scheduled appointment but this wasn't a major problem for me as i do not currently work. It would be pretty inconvenient if i worked though. Nevertheless, the doctor was incredibly helpful as usual, so this is probably why there was a delay. I'd rather that than have a rushed consultation where you aren't listened to properly. One important point i would like to raise is that as the radio was not on as it usually is, I could clearly hear consultation discussions. I suggest you put the radio back on please, as my husband, who waited for me outside the doctor's room, told me he could hear everything i discussed with the doctor, which means others did too!
