The only complaint I currently have is the length of time waiting for an appointment - usually C 3 - 4 weeks - it is quite ridiculous. Colleagues who are registered with other local surgeries seem to be able to get appts within a few days!!

Not a very accurate website as, although the surgery is clean it is very old fashioned and is about to be replaced, I hope! One bypasses the receptionist by using a screen, but one doesn't want to say that the receptionist is unhelpful, and it is easy to get an appointment, but weeks in advance. An urgent appointment on the same day is certain, though. The doctor was friendly, listened, acknowledged what I said and was very helpful in her explanations. She was considerate, I didn't feel rushed, and I was happy with the outcome of the meeting.
