Upon checking in my appointment status was marked as on time. However, I am still waiting 40 minutes later. The information upon checking should reflect the length of time you will need to wait. This needs rectifying as it is very frustrating.

Linda is always cheerful and welcoming. No matter how busy she is she never gives the impression of being rushed and always gives plenty of time and attention to me as a patient. Linda is knowledgeable and is helpful with advice. I am very grateful for all the care and support received.
