My husband and I have both needed appointments with nurse/dr recently (very unusual for us!) and have been so impressed with the care we received. The triage system is amazing - on Friday 1st Oct Dr Ray rang me and organized an appointment with nurse Hazel within 30 mins. She was amazing and kind and professional. My husband has had similar experiences. Dr Osborne nurse Linda.

Hazel completed 3/2 injection on time and painlessly. Did however wait a long time on telephone to make an appointment (17 minutes).

My daughter was seen on the same day by Lucy who is always very thorough and accommodating with the children.

My care was excellent. I am always treated with respect and kindness. I am given professional advice with all the pros and cons of treatment and medication explained thoroughly and sympathetically. I have taken up more than my brain. Perhaps patients with multi problems.
