The dr was great. Reception staff doing a good job- polite and helpful within what they are enabled to do. I'm not a great fan of the telephone triage service, although a pro is that you can talk to a dr that day and they can make a decision of whether you need to be seen. I have experienced other surgeries that do it better in my personal opinion. The part that I think can be developed is asking for not same day appt- a week ahead is always the best I can be offered! To me, that's going to flood the same day triage system because people will think it's not urgent, but it can't wait a week. I think there should be urgent, ideally same day, long term (a week or more ahead) and within 3 day appts. Once I've managed to get an appt, every professional I've seen has been great
